Return/Refund Policy for NYC Luxury Inc
Thank you for shopping at NYC Luxury Inc. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Our return/refund policy is outlined below:
Returns If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria.
Layaway Plans are not refundable after 14 days.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is in its original condition, we will process a refund for the purchase price to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate on the return form which item you would like to exchange it for. We will process the exchange and ship the new item to you as soon as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item to arrange for a return or exchange. We will cover the cost of shipping for damaged or defective items.
Non-Refundable Items Please note that the following items are non-refundable:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Watches
All watch sales are final sale.
No Returns Policy for Luxury Watches
Thank you for choosing to purchase a luxury watch from our store. We take pride in offering high-quality timepieces that are crafted with precision and attention to detail. As a luxury watch retailer, we strive to maintain the highest standards in the industry, and in order to ensure that we can continue to provide the best possible service and products to our valued customers, we have implemented a strict "No Returns" policy for all luxury watches purchased from our store. Please review the following terms and conditions:
- All sales of luxury watches are final. Once a luxury watch is sold, it cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit, except as required by law.
- The customer acknowledges that luxury watches are delicate and sensitive timepieces that require careful handling and proper maintenance. Any damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or neglect, including but not limited to scratches, dents, water damage, or alterations, will void the warranty and is not eligible for a return or refund.
- All luxury watches sold by our store are either pre-owned or never-worn. All watches are authentic. Third party authentication or appraisal is available upon request.
- Due to the high value and exclusive nature of luxury watches, returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, buyer's remorse, or dissatisfaction with the appearance, function, or features of the luxury watch.
- In the event that a luxury watch is received by the customer in a defective or damaged condition, the customer must notify our store within 48 hours of receipt, and provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Our store will review the claim on a case-by-case basis, and may, at its sole discretion, arrange for a repair or replacement of the luxury watch, subject to the manufacturer's warranty and repair policies.
- Our store reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds that do not comply with our "No Returns" policy, or that are determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our terms and conditions.
By making a purchase of a luxury watch from our store, the customer acknowledges and accepts our "No Returns" policy as stated above. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we are committed to providing you with exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience.
