How this custom project is made in 4 easy steps:

1. Once you place the order our customs department will reach out to you within a few minutes via email and text.   

2. Our design team will make a similar style pendant with your picture in place and create a 3D rendering of the project before we start the labor.    

3. We will send you over the design for approval. 

4. Once approved for the design your piece will be handcrafted to perfection with enamel work to get every detail possible and be finished within 7-8 weeks of design approval.

Returns & Exchanges

We strive to make every piece to become your most cherished possession but if you are not happy with your purchase we would take back your order as long as it is not customized and the jewelry tag is still attached to the item.
